Company Overview

MEMSO is a member of the Medavie EMS group of companies. This is a group of health care companies that are overseen at a corporate level by Medavie EMS’ support office. This is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medavie Inc., a company doing business as Medavie Blue Cross in Ontario, Quebec, and the four Atlantic Provinces. The Medavie EMS support office provides all operating subsidiaries with IT support, strategic planning, and shared services such as human resources, finance, safety and procurement.
