MEMSO also has a reporting relationship with the Ministry of Health in Ontario, who is responsible for land ambulance certification and standards. MEMSO is proudly affiliated with Sunnybrook Osler Center for Prehospital Care, which acts as medical control and oversight for MEMSO. Sunnybrook Osler has a strong reputation for excellent emergency medical care, and is world renowned for research and trauma care.
